Introduction

In this article you will learn how to reset the password.

In the event that a password is forgotten, Compliance Web allows a simple reset via the application by requesting an email containing a verification code.

Note: If your company is using singe sign on (SSO) option or smartcards, please contact our Support Team.

Step-by-step guide

In order to reset a password:

1 Navigate to https://complianceweb.munichre.com/

2 Click on the Login now button

You will be redirected to the login page. There, please enter your email address that you registered with.

3 Choose Login

4 Instead of entering your password, please select the Forgot your password? option

You will then be redirected to the next page 

5 Confirm your email address by clicking Continue.

Confirming your email address will result in a verification code being sent to your confirmed email address, which you will need to enter on the next page.

6 Please enter the verification code received by email and click Verify code

7 Set your new password

8 Confirm the action by clicking Continue
