Introduction

Tis article, you will learn how to log in to the Risk Suite Zendesk Knowledge Base and how to request permission if needed.

Risk Suite has prepared a knowledge base for users to meet the global standards of the IT environment. Users can access the Zendesk application containing the Compliance Web product documentation by using the Single Sign On (SSO) option provided by Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), for which access is granted in parallel with Compliance Web authorizations.

However, customers using their own identification platform cannot log in via Munich Re's CIAM and receive the permission immediately after contacting the support team.

Note: The generally accessible articles are available to all, but the product-specific content is only visible to signed-in users.

Step-by-step guide

Option 1: Sign in for an SSO account

1 Click the Sign in button at the top right corner of the page

2 Choose Continue with SSO

3 Give your email address

4 Confirm the logging by pressing Continue

Option 2: Sign in with email and password

Request Account

Customers who do not use the CIAM SSO authentication provided by Munich Re must request their Zendesk authorization before accessing the knowledge base.

Note: Each account that receives a documentation invitation is checked to see if the user has access to the Compliance Web application. If they do not, the access request will be rejected.

When the request is complete, the requestor will receive a confirmation and a message titled "Create a password for Compliance Web" will be sent for the end user.

2 Access the Create a password for Compliance Web message

3 Click the invitation link

4 Give your password

Note: The password

must be at least 6 characters
must be fewer than 128 characters
must be different from email address
must include letters in mixed case and numbers
must include a character that is not a letter r number (special sign)

5 Confirm the entry by clicking Set password

Your Zendesk account has been created.

2 Enter your email address

3 Give your password

4 Click Sign in
